It’s a show meeting discount! Stuart Swales will be the guest speaker for the RISC OS User Group of London’s next meeting, where he will be talking about his time at both Acorn and Colton Software. Tom Williamson talks Direct to ROUGOL – 20th July

Tom Williamson of Wi-Fi Sheep will be the guest speaker at the next meeting of the RISC OS User Group of London – which will once again be taking place online, via Zoom. The subject of Tom’s presentation will be RISC OS Direct, the distribution (or distro) of the OS for the Raspberry Pi (and a version available for use on Windows, MacOS, and Linux via RPCEmu) put together in conjunction with RISC OS Developments Ltd.

Hear about Euclid and more in a virtual visit to ROUGOL – 15th June

With the pandemic still an ongoing problem, though seemingly tailing off for now, and the UK lockdown still mostly in place, another RISC OS user group has opted to explore the use of Zoom to hold their meetings online: The RISC OS User Group of London (ROUGOL) will hold its first virtual meeting on Monday, 15th June. The guest speaker will be Tony Cheal, who wrote a number of RISC OS applications while he was the tea boy at Ace Computing.
