R-Comp Interactive will have a selection of OS and software updates for ARMSX ARMX6 and TiMachine computers, which they’ll be demonstrating at this weekend’s Southwest Show. Following the surprise teaser released towards the end of January of Ident Computer’s new Raspberry Pi-based kit computer, the Ident WinCE, more details of the system have now been revealed. It is now just two and a half weeks until this year’s Southwest Show, which will be taking place at the Webbington Hotel, its home since the first one took place all the way back in 1998. With there having been no show one year – I believe in 2000 – that makes this the twentieth Southwest Show.

Slotting neatly into the two hours between 7:00pm and 9:00pm, and with no fee for admission, the meeting will take place at: Itchen College Sports Centre, Deacon Road, Southampton. The car park is accessed from Deacon Road opposite Whites Road, and to find the meeting itself head for the College Centre, and open area with tables and chairs next to the Sports Centre Reception desk.
