The next opportunity for RISC OS users in the Southampton area to get together, be they locally resident or visiting from afar, is Tuesday, 11th February, when the local user group will hold its next meeting.

RISC OS users who are in and around Southampton on Tuesday, 14th January have their first opportunity of this year to all congregate on one location for a meeting – because that’s when the local user group is holding its next meeting.

The Southampton RISC OS User Group (SROUG) will next be meeting up on Tuesday, 12th November. There is no attendance fee, and everyone is welcome – whether to simply discuss RISC OS generally, or some specific aspect, to seek help with an issue or show off something they’re working on. There should be at least one small network of RISC OS computers, hopefully with internet access to the world beyond. The next chance for RISC OS users in the Southampton area to meet up, chat, discuss or show off their latest hardware and software projects, and so on, will be on Tuesday, 8th October from 7:00pm until 9:00pm. The meeting will take place in the Sports Centre of Itchen College, Deacon Road, Southampton. The car park entrance is accessed from Deacon Road, opposite Whites Road, and once in you need to head for the College Centre, an open area with tables and chairs, next to the Sports Centre Reception desk.
