Scroll wheel support added to BusTimes and TrainTimes

The wheels Windows on the bus screen go scroll round and round up and down… Kevin Wells has released updates to two of his applications – BusTimes and TrainTimes – bringing them up to versions 1.16 and 1.15 respectively. The update adds scroll wheel support in both cases, so where they present a window that can be scrolled vertically, the wheel is now functional for that purpose.

News nybble: TrainTimes 1.12 arrives at multiple stations

Kevin Wells has released a new version of TrainTimes, his software that looks up information about train and station timetables and routes via the Transport API website using Wget. The new version follows a similar route to BusTimes (which performs the same task for buses) in that it now allows multiple stations to be added to its quick access menu. Kevin Wells’ application for generating random users and data about them, ideal for generating test data for databases that need to be populated with data about people, has been updated to version 1.02.
