It’s now been two weeks and a day since the Midlands Midsummer MUG Show 2013 took place, and people are telling me that it’s about time I sat down and wrote about it! Well, they aren’t, perhaps because I’ve already said in various places that I’m busy, but they’re probably thinking it. So here’s that report. Kenilworth, here I come! Once again, show time is here, with the RISC OS Midsummer MUG Show, 2013 just about upon us. The show takes place tomorrow, July 13th, at St John’s Church Hall, 205 Warwick Road, Kenilworth, CV8 1HY, with the doors open for visitors from 11am until 4pm. We are once again rapidly approaching the time when the attention of the RISC OS community falls fairly and squarely upon Wakefield, with “the North’s premier RISC OS show” taking place this coming Saturday, April 20th. The show is now in its 18th year, and once again takes place at The Cedar Court Hotel, Deby Dale Road, Calder Grove, Wakefield, WF4 3QZ – the show’s original venue, before it moved to locations such as Thornes Park Athletics Stadium.
