Kevin Wells has released a new version of Kquiz. The application – which needs wget to operate, because it draws its data from the Open Trivia Database website – offers the sort of trivia questions you might encounter in quizzes. As such, it allows you to hone your knowledge in all sorts of areas of trivia and to get in some practice if you intend to enter any quizzes yourself. News nybble: Quiz time at WROCC – 7th March
The next meeting of the Wakefield RISC OS Computer Club will take place at 7:45pm on Wednesday, 7th March, when attendees can enjoy an entertaining and educational computer-related quiz, devised by Peter Richmond. The remainder of the evening will then be given over to an informal discussion about the Club itself. The meeting takes place at the West Yorkshire Sports and Social Club, Sandal Hall Close (off Walton Lane), Wakefield, WF2 6ER.
