There will be an out of schedule meeting held by the Midlands User Group (MUG), at which the group’s own John Rickman will discuss the use of StrongED as a scripting tool when programming in Python.
MUG meetings are usually held on a Saturday afternoons, with some being held in person, and some online using Zoom. However, this meeting will instead be held on Wednesday, 24th July, at 7:30pm – presumably to get around other commitments, and possibly in the interests of encouraging attendance; a Saturday afternoon in the middle of summer (such as summer can sometimes be in the UK) may not be the most practical choice!
The meeting will, however, be held over Zoom, so regardless of the choice of day and time, there should be no hindrance to most when it comes to getting to the meeting – it can be beamed straight to you, and anyone with an interest in RISC OS matters is welcome to attend.
The credentials to join the meeting are the same as other online Zoom meetings run by MUG, so if you’ve joined one already, you should have them – but if not, there are contact details for the group on their website.
