AMCOG release Star Mine preview images ahead of London Show release

One of things to look out for at the London Show this coming Saturday is a new title from AMCOG Games called Star Mine – and a small selection of images have now been released as a taster of what the game looks like.

The engine used for the new game is the one AMCOG developed for Island of the Undead, a first person shooter, so one of its features is a full 360 degree horizontal motion, but this one is set in space, so vertical motion has been added.

Graphics are based on physical models – found and/or built in the real world, then photographed and scanned at all the necessary angles for use in the game, with computer enhancement where needed – and it also features original music, vertical motion, and 360 degree horizontal motion.

And, of course, the game features high quality original music.

I understand that another new title is already planned for 2020, with the Southwest Show on 22nd February pencilled in as a release date. Hopefully, I’ll be able to tease some more information about that one out of AMCOG’s Tony Bartram in Feltham on Saturday.
