Bristol RISC OS Users meeting – 13th January

A chance to see the @Raspberry_Pi Zero running RISC OS!

The next meeting of Bristol RISC OS Users is due to take place next Wednesday – the 13th – and attendees will have the chance to see a Raspberry Pi in action, thanks to regular Chris Hall, who plans to bring his along.

Although some members may already be there, the meetings typically start at around 7:00-7:30pm, and continue on until closing time at:

The Hope and Anchor pub,
38 Jacobs Wells Road,
Bristol,
BS8 1DR.

Parking is on-road – with some local roads being metered, and some free after 6:00pm. For anyone coming by bus, look for those heading towards Queens Road/The Triangle/Park Street – all a short walk from the pub.

The pub serves a wide selection of real ales, as well as soft drinks for those who drive, and serves a good selection of food.

Meetings are open to one and all, and are simply a group of people with an interest in RISC OS, Acorn, and anything related, getting together for a drink and a natter – and anyone who lives in or around Bristol, or just happens to be in the area at the time, is welcome to come along and join BRU for a brew!

The group also has a mailing list that any RISC OS user is welcome to join, local or otherwise – to sign up, point your web browser in the direction of bristol.riscosusers.org.
