UniPrint for Mac now available (for RISC OS!)

Aaaand don’t breathe yet – there’s yet another announcement waiting to be read, this one from R-Comp – although, while it has appeared in the final sprint to the London Show, it doesn’t actually mention the event. I’m sure it’ll be available in Harrow on Saturday, though. Anyway, over to Andrew Rawnsley:

R-Comp is pleased to announce the release of a new product – UniPrint for Mac. It is available now for download on !Store.

UniPrint is a well established program that allows RISC OS users to use almost any printer via a Windows PC. This all-new version brings that flexibility to users who prefer their computers Apple-flavoured.

The software is primarily targeted at users of RPCemu and similar RISC OS emulation programs. However, it can also be used over a network if you have real RISC OS computers.

The program consists of two parts – a RISC OS printer driver and a Mac app that acts as a “receiver”. The two parts talk to each other to make the magic happen.

The program includes a PDF manual describing how to set the software up, and use it, and includes tech support via phone or email.

The software is available now for £25.00 on !Store.
