Kevin Wells has issued a second release of his Quiz Engine, an application for creating multiple choice quizzes on RISC OS – and which forms the basis of his own two quiz releases, FlagQuiz and MorseQuiz. The main Quiz Engine program remains at version 1.02, with the ‘misc’ file standing at 1.01, but the skeleton application is now at release 2.
The main change in this version is that it if you don’t want to make your quizzes to support multiple languages, it’s now an easier goal to achieve.
As the engine itself hasn’t been updated, only the skeleton application, it is only that which needs to be downloaded if you already have the software. (The Quiz Engine component only needs to be downloaded if it is updated itself).
