In the UK, the last of the physical RISC OS shows1 before the Long Gaptm until the next is Wakefield, which took place last month, but if you are able to get to The Netherlands, there’s one still to go – the annual RISC OS eXperience, hosted by the Big Ben Club in Koog aan de Zaan, and which takes place tomorrow.

As noted last week, we now have the dates for all of the main RISC OS shows that are planned for 2025 – and one of those is a new event, RISC OS North, to replace both the Southwest Show and Wakefield.

Some very welcome news from RISC OS Developments, just a couple of days before London 2024 is the release of RISC OS Direct 5.31 – which includes a new internet stack and Wi-Fi facilities, as well as Iris, the web browser the company has been developing for quite some time.
