In January, Elesar‘s Rob Sprowson paid a visit to the RISC OS User Group of London to talk about CloudFS, and another ‘mystery’ product, later revealed to be font management system Font Directory Pro, originally from LOOKsystems. At that point, a new version of the software was ready, and the only remaining task before it could be released was converting the large user manual. Taking place on Wednesday, 3rd May, the next meeting of the Wakefield RISC OS Computer Club will see Rob Sprowson as the guest speaker. The man behind Elesar Ltd and the Titanium motherboard, Rob will be demonstrating a Titanium-based computer and talking about its development. Elesar also has a growing range of software titles, both home-grown such as CloudFS, and taken over and updated from a previous owner, such as Font Directory Pro (originally from LOOKsystems).

RISC OS Awards 2017 results
The latest RISC OS Awards poll, covering 2017, came to a close a on Saturday, 26th May – and the results are now known. The Awards website has been updated to show the results, and the winners (for whom I have contact details) will be notified by email later today, with direct links to the results so that they can be referred to on the their own websites.
