We’re fast approaching the end of 2022, and the final RISC OS show of the year – the London Show, organised by the RISC OS User Group of London (ROUGOL) – was originally scheduled to take place next Saturday, the 29th October. News nybble: RISC OS eXperience cancelled

I have just been informed that, sadly, the annual RISC OS eXperience meeting – organised by the Big Ben Club – has been cancelled as a result of the ongoing Covid-19 situation. The event had been scheduled to take place on May 15th in The Netherlands, but will now not be going ahead because restrictions, aimed at limiting the spread of the virus, mean it is no longer possible. The Club’s website does suggest the event is to be replaced by a virtual meeting (English version), but no details appear…

The Big Ben Club‘s annual gathering, the RISC OS eXperience (English translation) will be taking place this year on Saturday, 12th May, running from 10:00am until 4:00pm. Focusing on the support of Raspberry Pi and RISC OS amongst Dutch users, the event will take place at its usual venue, not far from Amsterdam: Wijkgebouw de Vuister, Molenwerf 44, 1541 WR Koog aan de Zaan, The Netherlands.
