But don’t panic – it’s a gathering of geeks, not immortals with a bent for beheading!
There can be only one place to be if you’re a RISC OS user who happens to be in or around Southampton on the evening of June 12th: Itchen College, which is when and where the next meeting of the Southampton RISC OS User Group will be taking place.
The meeting runs from 7:00pm until 9:00pm, and there is no charge for admission. It takes place in the College Centre, an open area with tables and chairs, next to the Sports Centre Reception, and there will be at least one small network of RISC OS computers, possibly with a connection to the outside world. So if you’re a RISC OS user and who can get there, you are welcome, and you can bring along any software or hardware you want to show off or discuss.
